Due to client demand we are expanding in the New Year and so we need take on board a new generation of sales assistants to join our established teams.

I have no previous Sales experience so i was wondering if anyone had any tips to make myself seem like the right candidate to employment. I take it this job will involve sitting at a desk making phonecalls trying to sell stuff. I have a background in music business and have experience in promotion of artists etc.

And could you suggest the types of questions they might be asking if possible. Thank you.
